Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $30–$38 per hour

Pay Type: Hourly

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Earning Potential: $60,000–$80,000 per year

Carlisle Auto Body is a second-generation, family-owned and operated business. The shop has been at its current location since 1977 and completed construction of a completely new, state-of-the-art facility in 2002. The Luther family has been maintaining and repairing vehicles and helping customers get back on the road with quality, courtesy, and integrity since 1941.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heavy, high-level collision and auto body repairs on European, Asian, and Domestic vehicles
• Complete complex body repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards for repair quality
• Help manage the shop floor and keep daily repair workflow organized and moving efficiently
• Assist other technicians with repair questions, workflow issues, and shop-floor needs
• Identify and communicate repair, parts, or workflow issues that could affect production
• Work with modern collision repair equipment, technology, and repair procedures
• Communicate with management regarding repair needs, workflow, and priorities
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional auto body or collision repair experience required
• Strong hands-on skills performing heavy and high-level collision and body repairs
• Must have own tools
• Experience working on European, Asian, and Domestic vehicles
• DVI experience preferred
• I-CAR training or certifications strongly preferred; ASE certifications and experience with the shop’s CCC management system are pluses
• Ideal candidate has a positive attitude, works well as part of a team, follows instructions, treats others respectfully, and values a family-focused work environment
