Auto Body Production Assistant
$19/hr-$25/hr
Support the Production Manager/General Manager in coordinating daily operations of the body shop to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing vehicle flow from intake to delivery, ensuring high production quality and efficiency.
• Support the assignment of repair tasks to Body Technicians and prioritize vehicles for teardown, repair, or painting.
• Dispatch work assignments to production personnel
• Aid in checking-in vehicles, processing work orders in CCC1, and writing estimates as needed.
• Ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards, are accurately billed, and uphold shop safety protocols.
• Assist with tracking technician work hours
Qualifications:
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of CCC1 is a plus, automotive repair processes and estimating software is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
