Exhava, formerly United Home Care, is a boutique concierge home care agency serving San Diego County, specializing in dementia and memory care.
Our name comes from two words: exhale and haven. The breath a family finally takes, and the safe place that makes it possible. That moment is what we've built our entire agency around.
For 13 years, we've focused on the thing that matters most in home care and the thing the industry gets wrong most often: consistency. One caregiver, one bond, year after year. Our caregivers stay with us an average of 8+ years, which means the same trusted face shows up at your door, learns your loved one's routines, and notices the subtle changes that matter.
What we do:
• Dementia and memory care
• Companion care
• Non-medical home care
• Respite care
• Behavioral and specialized care
• Family mentorship and support
Our approach is grounded in slowing down. Inspired by leaders like Teepa Snow, we believe the pause isn't a delay in care. It's where connection happens.
Licensed, bonded, and insured. HCO #374700247. Available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Support you can finally exhale into.
