
Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Job Developer to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of Autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.
The Job Developer provides personalized employment services to support individuals in preparing for, securing, and maintaining meaningful work. This role includes assessing each participant’s interests, skills, and support needs The Job Developer collaborates closely with team members, participants, and their families to create employment plans that align with each person’s goals.
Through ongoing coaching and problem‑solving, the Job Developer helps participants achieve and sustain their employment objectives.
The Job Developer is a full-time, non-exempt position that earns $24 per hour. Keystone Human Services values health, wellbeing, and professional growth.
