
Keystone Autism Services is currently seeking a Community Support and Employment Professional to join our team by providing individualized and person-directed support. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.
As a Community Support and Employment Professional you will teach, coach, and empower individuals with autism so they can pursue meaningful opportunities, make informed life choices, and participate as valued members of their communities. This person serves as a positive role model, providing individualized support that helps each person build an “everyday life” — meeting new people, forming friendships, finding and maintaining employment, exercising personal choice, strengthening daily living skills, and achieving personal goals.
