At Holding Hands, our Behavior Technician team delivers impactful, one-on-one care that helps children, adolescents and adults grow, develop, and thrive. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team.
Compensation & Benefits for Behavior Technician
•$ 23-$25/hour Direct Therapy rate
• $300 sign-on bonus
• Fully paid training (no experience required)

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support skill development, communication, and independence
• Collect and track client data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation required
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No prior experience required to start your career as a Behavior Technician

Holding Hands serves infants, children, adolescents & adults with developmental and mental health needs as an outpatient community clinic. Our clinical team focuses on the client's strengths and individual differences while developing an intervention plan that addresses his or her unique profile. Our clinical team fosters a relationship with the client and educates, empowers, and supports the entire family unit. In addition to our pediatric services, we provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families.
