General Information

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Authorization Governance & Services team. This person will play a supportive role in managing incident tickets, resolving user issues related to authorizations. As an AGS team, we are in the middle of a dynamically changing environment in our company, where you will be able to learn about many new technologies and develop professionally thanks to helpful and experienced colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Global ticket processing for internal and external business partners
  • Processing Customer Portals Requests
  • Testing systems in the SAP test environment
  • Working with documents/reports in Excel
  • Preparing ongoing documentation
  • Communicating with users to obtain accurate information about missing permissions

Your Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in Information Technologies, Engineering, Business Sciences or related fields
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level), to effectively communicate within the global team
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to work at least 30 hours per week (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship)
