
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Certified AUT Operator to perform Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) inspections in compliance with project specifications and international standards. The candidate will be responsible for equipment setup, calibration, data acquisition, interpretation, and preparation of inspection reports. Aramco-approved operators will be given preference.
Perform Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) on pipelines, weld joints, and structural components.
Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and validation prior to inspection activities.
Operate Rotoscan or equivalent AUT systems effectively.
Interpret AUT scan data and evaluate discontinuities as per applicable codes and standards.
Generate detailed inspection reports with accurate documentation of findings.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC team, welding inspectors, and project engineers.
Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability of data.
Follow all safety regulations and site HSE requirements.
Certified AUT Operator (ASNT Level II, CSWIP, PCN, or equivalent)
Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification
Equipment familiarization/training certificate for Rotoscan or equivalent system
Minimum three years of relevant field experience
Ability to perform setup, calibration, interpretation of AUT data, and report generation
Aramco-approved operators will be preferred
