Auszubildende Automobilkaufmann (m/w/d) für PZ Osnabrück

  • Du erlernst alle kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten in den Verkaufs- und Servicebereichen des Autohauses kennen und übernimmst ebenso Aufgaben im Kundenmanagement und in der Fahrzeugdisposition
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden in den Bereichen Neu- und Gebrauchtwagen, Kraftfahrzeugteile und -zubehör sowie Service
  • Du lernst die wirtschaftlichen Abläufe und Prozesse im Autohaus kennen und eignest dir technisches Knowhow über Fahrzeugmodelle sowie über die Funktionsweise des Autos an
  • Du bearbeitest Finanzierungs-, Leasing- und Versicherungsverträge und wickelst Verkaufs- und Werkstattaufträgen ab
  • Du bist bei Verkaufsaktionen und Events in der Planung und Durchführung miteingebunden
  • Du löst Deine Aufgaben mithilfe moderner Bürokommunikationstechniken sowie branchenspezifischen Computeranwendungen und lernst den Umgang mit betrieblichen Arbeits- und Organisationsmitteln

  • Realschulabschluss oder höher
  • Führerschein Klasse B bei Ausbildungsbeginn
  • Freundlichkeit und Spaß im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
