Ausbildungsleiter Werkfeuerwehr B4

Wir suchen an unserem Standort Linnich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Ausbilungsleiter der Werkfeuerwehr (m/w/d) im Tagesdienst in Vollzeit.

Das erwartet Dich - Deine Aufgaben

Sicherstellung des Brandschutzes auf dem Werkgelände (abwehrender und vorbeugender Brandschutz)
Sicherstellung des Rettungsdienstes auf dem Werkgelände (First responder)
Einsatzleitung Führungsstufe D
Disziplinarvorgesetzter der Feuerwehrmannanwärter (B1-Kurs)
Koordination von externen Teilnehmern am Grundausbildungslehrgang
Kosten-/Leistungsrechnung des Lehrganges erstellen
Erstellen des Bereitschaftsdienstplans der nebenberuflichen Feuerwehrkräfte
Organisation der für den Lehrgang benötigten Gerätschaften, Dokumente, Genehmigungen, etc.
Planung der finanziellen und materiellen Bedarfe des Lehrganges
Unterrichten im Grundausbildungslehrgang
Erster Ansprechpartner für Problemstellungen aller Art bei der Ausbildung
Durchführen und Planung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter und von Ausbildungen und Schulungen von Dritten
Dokumentationen und Ausarbeitungen von Konzepten
Planung und Durchführung von B1 Lehrgängen und IHK Lehrgängen Werkfeuerwehrmann/-frau (m/w/d)
Koordinierung der Wachpraktika und aller erforderlichen Lehrgänge
Lehrgangsplanung und Koordination mit dem Institut der Feuerwehr, Kreis Düren, Bez.Reg. Köln, Seminare (AGW, Leitern, etc.)
Konzepterstellung, Planung und Durchführung von Werkfeuerwehrmannausbildungen

Du bringst diese Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen mit

Handwerklicher Beruf oder für die Feuerwehr geeigneter Beruf, Rettungssanitäter Ausbildung, Ausbildung nach VAP 1.2-FEU, Zugführerausbildung B IV ggf. Verbandführer F/B V
Uneingeschränkte Feuerwehrtauglichkeit nach G26.3
3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Feuerwehr, vorzugsweise als Ausbilder
Ausbildereignungsprüfung IHK oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und proaktiver Weitergabe von Erfahrungen und Fachkenntnissen
Lösungsorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise mit einem positiven Mindset
Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an der Wissensvermittlung
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative und das Interesse an stetiger Weiterentwicklung
Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office Paketen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Branchenkenntnisse, um wichtige Initiativen zu entwickeln und diese nachhaltig vorantreiben
