Während deiner dreieinhalbjährigen Berufsausbildung lernst du in unserem Werk sowie in der Berufsschule unter anderem
spanende Verfahren wie Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren und Schleifen an modernen Werkzeugmaschinen durchzuführen
weitere Verfahren zur Metallbearbeitung wie Schweißen, Löten und Wärmebehandlung anzuwenden
Werk- und Hilfsstoffe sachgerecht einzusetzen und technische Unterlagen zu erstellen und zu nutzen
die Bedeutung von Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz richtig einzuschätzen
Arbeit zu planen und zu organisieren sowie Arbeitsergebnisse zu bewerten
Als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in fertigst du selbstständig Präzisionsbauteile aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen. Dazu arbeitest du mit verschiedenen Werkzeugmaschinen, die per Hand bedient werden oder computergesteuert sind. Nach der Ausbildung hast du die Chance, dich zum Meister:in oder zum Techniker:in weiterzubilden oder ein Studium zu absolvieren.
