Im Rahmen deiner dreieinhalbjährigen Berufsausbildung lernst du in unserem Werk sowie in der Berufsschule unter anderem
wie mechanische, pneumatische, hydraulische und elektrische Maschinen funktionieren
die Grundlagen der Stahlherstellung und welche Verfahren es für die Herstellung von Stahl gibt
wie du mit Werk- und Hilfsstoffen umgehst und wie man technische Zeichnungen liest und anfertigt
die Bedeutung von Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz richtig einzuschätzen
Arbeit zu planen und zu organisieren sowie Arbeitsergebnisse zu bewerten
Als Verfahrenstechnologe:in Metall, Fachrichtung Metallurgie überwachst und steuerst du die Anlagen, auf denen wir Roheisen und Stahl produzieren. Du optimierst Arbeitsvorgänge und bist verantwortlich für die Qualität der entstehenden Produkte. Nach der Ausbildung hast du die Chance, dich zum Meister:in oder zum Techniker:in weiterzubilden oder ein Studium zu absolvieren.
