Das Aufgabenfeld von Industriekaufleuten erstreckt sich über alle Funktionen des Unternehmens. Während Deiner Ausbildung bei Rentschler Biopharma werden die Abteilungen Einkauf, Produktionsplanung und Logistik, Finanzen und Controlling, Human Relations, Business Development sowie Projektmanagement durchlaufen. Dabei bekommst Du von Anfang an eigenverantwortliche Aufgaben übertragen und erhältst so Schritt für Schritt ein Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge eines modernen Industriebetriebs. Während der gesamten Ausbildung werden in Verbindung mit den Fachqualifikationen auch übergreifende Qualifikationen wie PC- oder Englisch-Kenntnisse vermittelt.
