Deine Aufgaben:

In deiner Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) lernst du die verschiedenen kaufmännischen Bereiche in einer unserer Regionszentralen kennen. Ein Schwerpunkt kann beispielsweise auf dem Rechnungs- und Personalwesen liegen. Dabei lernst du kaufmännische Arbeitsabläufe und Projekte zu planen, zu organisieren und durchzuführen. Du lernst auch:

  • bei den täglichen Aufgaben in den Abteilungen zu unterstützen, z.B. beim Schriftverkehr
  • mit internen wie externen Kunden und den Lieferanten zu kommunizieren
  • Daten und Informationen aufzubereiten und zu verarbeiten

Dein Profil:

  • Gute mittlere Reife oder geeignets (Fach-) Abitur
  • Du kennst dich gut mit dem Computer und MS-Office aus
  • Rechtschreibung- und Grammatik fallen dir leicht
  • Du hast Teamgeist und bist kundenorientiert
  • Du hast ein sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten und bist kontaktfreudig
