‚Ausbildung plus1‘ ist ein Angebot für Flüchtlinge und Migranten. Damit geht die Ausbildung ein Jahr länger als normal. Die zusätzliche Zeit wird für Förderunterricht genutzt. Dieser besteht aus Sprachunterricht und allgemeiner Schulbildung. Beides bereitet dich auf erfolgreiche Prüfungen in deutscher Sprache vor. Während der ganzen Ausbildungszeit arbeitest du auch im Unternehmen mit.

Fachlagerist (m/w/d)
In deiner
Ausbildung bei ebm‑papst lernst du die verschiedenen Tätigkeiten in der Lager-
und Warenwirtschaft kennen. Du nimmst Waren an, prüfst die Begleitpapiere und
checkst, ob Anzahl und Zustand ok sind. Du lagerst Waren ordentlich ein und
aus. Zeitweise sitzt du am Computer, zum Beispiel, um Bestände zu
kontrollieren. Ein anderes Mal verpackst und verschickst du Waren. Manchmal
schnappst du dir auch einen Stapler, um Dinge fachmännisch von A nach B zu
transportieren. Wenn das nicht schon eines unserer fahrerlosen Transportsysteme
für dich übernommen hat.
