Dein Traumberuf
Als Kauffrau/Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement findet man Dich überwiegend im Vertrieb – als Bindeglied zwischen unserem Unternehmen und unseren Kunden – wieder. Und deshalb bist Du hier besonders eng an den Grundsatz der Serviceorientierung gebunden, denn genau an diesem Ort liegt der direkte Draht zum Kunden. Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zielstrebigkeit und Flexibilität kannst Du unter Beweis stellen und ausweiten, während Du Aufträge entgegennimmst sowie Stückzahlen, Preise und Lieferzeiten besprichst. Außerdem erstellst Du Angebote, bewirbst das Portfolio unseres Unternehmens und bearbeitest Reklamationen von Kunden. Dazu sind besonders Kompetenzen wie Feingefühl, Verhandlungsgeschick und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Kunden gefragt, welche mit Dir trainiert und vertieft werden. Neben dem Vertrieb erwirbst Du unter anderem Kenntnisse in den Bereichen: Betriebliche Organisation und Umgang mit firmeneigener Software, Warenwirtschaft/Einkauf, Buchhaltung und Wareneingang/Lager/Logistik. Gleichzeitig werden Dir Markt- und Produktkenntnisse ausführlich vermittelt. Dieser Beruf bietet Dir also ein interessantes und vielseitiges Aufgabenspektrum.
Die Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre.
