Wachse mit Deinen Aufgaben und starte in Europas größtem Convention-, Entertainment- und Hotelkomplex eine abwechslungsreiche Ausbildung zu einem Beruf mit Zukunft und Karrierechancen.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Empfehlen, Servieren und Abrechnen von Speisen und Getränken

• Vorbereitung des passenden Ambientes sowohl im Restaurant als auch bei Großveranstaltungen für bis zu 5.000 Gäste

• Ausbildungsprojekt „Schloss Britz“: Mitorganisation des Restaurantbetriebes, Speisekartenplanung und tägliche Abrechnung in eigener Verantwortung

3-Jährige Ausbildung zum Beispiel in folgenden Abteilungen:

• Service in den verschiedenen à-la-carte-Restaurants und Bars

• Veranstaltungsküche

• Frühstücks- und Bankettservice

• Backoffice / Buffet

• Service in der Show „Stars in Concert“

• Einkauf / Lager und Küche

• Ausbildungsprojekt „Schloss Britz"

Voraussetzung:

• Mindestens den Schulabschluss der erweiterten Berufsbildungsreife

• Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Motivation

• Sinn für das Wohlergehen der Gäste

• Teamplayer mit kommunikativen Stärken

• Durchhaltevermögen

• Sehr gute Umgangsformen

• Aufgeschlossene & freundliche Persönlichkeit

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
