In der Ausbildung als Verfahrenstechnologe Mühlen- und Getreidewirtschaft (m/w/d), besser bekannt als Müller (m/w/d), in Kooperation mit unserer Tochterfirma EICHENMÜHLE in Untersiemau steuerst du die Prozesse zur Herstellung von verschiedenen Mahlerzeugnissen. Du begleitest den Prozess der Getreideverarbeitung von der Rohstoffannahme, Mühle und Mischerei, Absackung und Verladung bis zur Instandsetzung der Maschinen und der Qualitätssicherung. Der Ausbildungsstandort wechselt hierbei je nach zu vermittelndem Ausbildungsinhalt zwischen IREKS in Kulmbach und der EICHENMÜHLE in Untersiemau.
