Starte deine berufliche Zukunft im Team Dow mit der Ausbildung zur Produktionsfachkraft Chemie in Ahlen

Während deiner Ausbildung wirst du Teil eines Teams, das Produkte herstellt, die weltweit gebraucht werden – von Alltagsgegenständen bis zu Hightech-Lösungen. 

• Ausbildungsstart: August 2026

• Dauer: 2 Jahre

Deine Aufgaben – Praxis pur 

• Produktion live erleben - du lernst, wie Rohstoffe bereitgestellt werden und chemische Produkte entstehen.  

• Laborarbeit mit Verantwortung –du führst Analysen durch, kontrollierst Qualität und sorgst dafür, dass alles top läuft.   

• Technik verstehen und anwenden – du bedienst und überwachst Anlagen, direkt und am Computer – Technik, die begeistert  

• Mitdenken und mitgestalten – deine Ideen sind gefragt – bring dich ins Team ein und verbessere mit uns Abläufe und Verfahren.  

Qualifikationen

• Guter Realschulabschluss

• Grundkenntnisse in Englisch – für unser internationales Umfeld

Deine Fertigkeiten

• Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

• Teamgeist – gemeinsam macht’s mehr Spaß und ist sicherer.

• Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit.

• Neugier und die Lust, Dinge kritischzu hinterfragen.

• Positive Grundeinstellung und Interesse an praktischen Lerninhalten
