2nd AUMOVIO star Internship_Quality

(Business Area - Safety and Motion, Passive Safety and Sensorics)

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented intern to join our Quality Management team in the Passive Safety and Sensorics division.

As a Quality Intern, you will actively support the Quality Engineers during the product development and series phase.

• Support the maintenance and update of the Project Quality Plan throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist projects in quality-related activities during the development and launch process.
• Plan and track Product Validation (DV/PV) milestones and test progress.
• Support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) preparation and approval in collaboration with internal and customer teams.
• Collect and share cross-divisional customer quality information to drive internal improvements.
• Support series production quality management for assigned customers.
• Participate in problem recognition, highlighting, and resolution of quality issues.
• Assist in organizing immediate containment actions, including identification of affected products/parts, follow-up work, and potential field actions.
• Provide data analysis and reporting support for quality performance indicators.
• Track corrective actions and ensure timely implementation.
• Support 8D report preparation and follow-up across all relevant plants (ID, etc.).
• Monitor and report 0-km defects, field quality issues, and warranty cost trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in any Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering, or related fields (including current students)
• Knowledge of Automotive technology and industry
• Proactive mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Good knowledge of quality methods and tools
• English communication ability (written and spoken)
• Planning and organizational skills
