We are seeking MIS Analyst who would be responsible for ensuring data maintenance and availability on multiple platforms, such as MS Excel reports, Power BI reports, and would also be required to work upon Power Automate / VBA Macros as per business requirements. Overall, ensuring that the data management and upkeeping is performed per set SLA’s with 100% Accuracy and assisting with analysis and validation as needed.
Job Profile
A MIS Analyst should be well-versed with communication and comprehending skills along with strong hold on MS office – MS Excel, Power Apps and Power BI so as the individual can understand and contribute to the business requirements ensuring that the expectations are met.
Data Analyst Responsibilities
To ensure that the daily data maintenance activities are completed as per business expectations and accuracy standards are met with on time completion
Ensuring that a good attendance record is maintained as per the organizational policy and holiday calendar
Ensuring that all the prevailing organizational policies and norms are adhered
Ensuring to adhere to SMART Goals matrix
Data Analyst Requirements & Skills
Bachelor in any stream
Good Understanding of the MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Understanding on Power BI, SQL, Python and other data analysis tools is good to have
Should be proficient in communication and comprehension
Problem solving skills
Shift Timings
Should be flexible and open to work into night shift, per the dynamic of the business.
Experience
Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.
Education Qualification
Minimum Graduation or bachelor's degree in any stream.
