🎓 Requisitos del Perfil
Formación Académica:
Profesional Titulado de las carreras de Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Minas o Ingeniería Química.
Colegiatura habilitada y vigente (Indispensable).
Deseable: Maestría o especialización en Gestión Ambiental, Auditorías Ambientales, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, Gestión Minera o Sistemas Integrados.
Experiencia Profesional:
Mínimo 8 años de experiencia profesional general.
Mínimo 6 años de experiencia específica en el sector minero realizando: auditorías ambientales, supervisión/fiscalización ambiental, cumplimiento, verificaciones, y monitoreo/control ambiental.
Experiencia comprobada ejecutando auditorías presenciales en unidades mineras operativas.
Deseable: Experiencia trabajando en gran altitud (>4000 msnm).
Conocimientos Técnicos:
Sistemas de gestión ambiental bajo la norma ISO 14001 e ISO 19011.
Gestión de relaves y gestión hídrica.
Investigación de incidentes ambientales.
Sólido conocimiento de la Legislación ambiental minera peruana.
Cursos y Certificaciones (Requeridos):
Curso de Auditor Interno o Auditor Líder ISO 14001.
Capacitación en Seguridad Minera (DS 024-2016-EM).
IPERC / Identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos.
Manejo defensivo.
Primeros auxilios, trabajos de alto riesgo y respuesta a emergencias.
Licencia de conducir: Categoría A-I o A-IIB.
