Job Description

The trainer will oversee developing, managing, and delivering training programs that provide employees with the necessary skills to perform their work in the different audits.

Responsibilities

Maintain contact with managers to jointly determine the training needs of the audit team.

Design and update training programs based on the needs detected, through the generation of different educational materials, written, audiovisual, etc.

Act as a tutor for new employees, to teach the different concepts and tools used in the different audits.Monitor employee performance and response by conducting evaluations before and after training.

Manage the logistics required for the different training courses such as location, schedules, attendance lists, materials, etc. Present to managers and directors the results of evaluations of the training provided.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economic – Administrative / Physical – Mathematical is preferred.
  • 2 plus years of experience developing and presenting training materials to employees.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases.
  • Ability to effectively teach and train individuals with varying levels of experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written in both English and Spanish), is REQUIRED
  • 2 plus years of experience in training large groups of people.
  • 2 plus years of experience with preparing training documents and guidance materials.
  • Experience in audit processes (Highly Desirable)
  • Leadership and mentor experience is required
  • Focus on results and proactivity.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in an individual and team environment.

NOTE: All interviews will be required to be in English.

Base compensation ranges from $ 24,500 to $30,000/pesos per month. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
