Job Description

Summary: Under direct supervision and following standard procedures investigate, review and rate audits received by audit vendors, in-house auditors and agencies by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review and rate audits for all lines of business; resolves outstanding audit issues.
2. Process audit endorsements.
3. Research, compile, and enter data in specified format for reviews/reports and systems.
4. May assist in the development of projects and procedures.
5. Build and maintain working relationship with underwriters, auditors, agents, insureds, vendors and coworkers; requests information, answers questions by telephone, email and written communication.
6. Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
