Audit & Sustainability Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia (Dammam / Riyadh)
Role Purpose.
The Audit & Sustainability Engineer
will be responsible for transforming audit services to drive and support growth
in decarbonization and other Customer Value Propositions (CVPs). This will be
achieved through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,
providing technical support, and developing customer-centric and market
sector-specific service offerings. Key responsibilities also include
identifying opportunities, tracking, reporting, and enhancing audit
performance, implementing customer visits, and ensuring the successful delivery
of services and decarbonization strategies. This role will contribute to
driving order growth and assisting customers in meeting their sustainability
objectives.
Objectives and Responsibilities.
Transformation of Services:
•Implement of services to align with the company’s strategic goals
and work with the MENAT Audit & Sustainability
Manager to create Value
Propositions and commercial offers.
•Develop initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and impact of
services.
•Ensure that services contribute to overall sustainability,
decarbonisation and energy efficiency objectives.
Technical Support and Service
•Identify and leverage opportunities for energy efficiency
improvements and decarbonisation within customer operations.
•Build and maintain
customer-centric service offerings, and forecasting for service offers
(including regular reporting), and implement customer visits and engagements to drive customer
satisfaction.
•Deliver expert
insight reporting advisories and making recommendations to increase steam
system performance, reliability and optimization by working directly with
internal and external customers, through site activities and report generation.
•Set the ‘Gold
Standard’ for steam system optimization by defining the reports, processes and
solutions using available tools to detect and predict steam system conditions
and optimize the system and energy performance
Performance and Reporting:
•Monitor and track performance and grow Service revenue and customer experience YOY
•Implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of service
initiatives, and report on Quantifiable Customer Sustainability Benefits
•Report on service performance to the MENAT Service and Sustainability Manager and stakeholders,
highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Customer Visits and Engagement:
•Implement customer visits and engagements to strengthen
relationships and identify needs.
•Collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met and
expectations exceeded.
•Utilize Field
Service Management tool and ensure feeding it with all day-to-day activities.
Relevant Experience and
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s
degree in any of the following Engineering Branches: Mechanical – Electrical –
Mechatronics.
•Strong
Understanding of typical steam and condensate applications, product, service with
a focus on Sustainability.
•Minimum
of 3 years in a technical or services
management role within the thermal energy or related sectors within
a customer facing environment.
•Inspirational

•Proficiency

•Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills with experience working at all levels
both internally and externally with customers or key stakeholders
