Who we are looking for

Do you enjoy analyzing financial data, understanding how companies operate, and ensuring everything is accurate and compliant? 🔍📊

• Graduated with a degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven.
• Able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks with a flexible, motivated, and proactive mindset.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the Italian language is considered preferential, Italian language courses will be offered.

Your future role

As an Audit Support Junior Analyst, you will:

• Build working relationships with clients’ personnel and perform analytical reviews of accounting and tax documents.
• Review clients’ accounts, operating procedures, and internal control systems.
• Perform compliance controls at the highest standard level, meeting client expectations.
• Carry out quarterly reviews of ordinary accounting activities (verifiche trimestrali) in support of audit controls.
• Prepare outputs and documentation supporting Deloitte’s reviews.
• Provide recommendations to improve company controls and efficiency.
• Ensure all activities are completed on time and in line with the work plan.
