Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an organised and proactive Audit, Risk & Compliance Coordinator to support and strengthen our internal audit and compliance framework across the organisation.

In this role, you will coordinate and conduct internal audits, support regulatory compliance activities, and work closely with stakeholders to identify risks, drive improvements, and promote best-practice governance processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports
  • Identify risk and improvement opportunities across business processes
  • Monitor audit actions and compliance activities
  • Support regulatory and accreditation requirements
  • Maintain audit schedules and reporting activities
  • Contribute to risk management and governance initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience auditing, compliance, QMS, or operational processes
  • Experience working within risk management frameworks

DESIRABLE

  • Diploma of Quality Auditing (BSB50920) or similar
  • Community Housing or Community services experience
  • Experience supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
