The Auditor reviews completed Workers’ Compensation premium audits for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with policy and underwriting records. This role evaluates classifications, payroll, ownership, endorsements, and entity relationships; identifies and corrects discrepancies; responds to audit inquiries and disputes; and works with underwriting, compliance, brokers, carriers, auditors, and audit vendors to support accurate policy and premium outcomes.

• Minimum two years of insurance experience, preferably in Workers’ Compensation premium audit, underwriting, or compliance.
• Working knowledge of Workers’ Compensation premium audit practices, classifications, payroll reporting, ownership rules, endorsements, and entity combinability.
• Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review detailed records, identify inconsistencies, and make sound decisions based on available documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain audit findings and required corrections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work in carrier, vendor, bureau, and internal insurance systems.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Hybrid/remote office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires frequent computer and phone use.
Pay Range
$22.00/per hour - $28.00/per hour Hourly
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
