Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Audit Manager or Senior Manager
to lead complex assurance engagements and mentor audit teams. This is a crucial leadership role where you will manage a diverse portfolio of
MNC, PLC, and SME clients
, ensuring audit quality, driving team performance, and contributing to the firm's growth and technical excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Lead, guide, and mentor
  audit teams, managing performance reviews and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

• 
  Plan, execute, and complete
  complex audit engagements, including local and international group audits, in line with professional standards.

• 
  Develop and maintain strong relationships
  with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to improve their processes and controls.

• 
  Review audit reports
  and management letters, ensuring all risks are properly addressed and communicated effectively.

• 
  Manage engagement deliverables
  to ensure they are on time, within budget, and meet rigorous quality and compliance standards.

• 
  Contribute to the firm's growth by supporting
  business development initiatives
  , training, and continuous improvement in audit methodology.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 5 years
  of relevant experience in an audit or professional services environment.

• 
  A
  Degree in Accounting, Finance
  , or a related field
  OR
  completion of a
  professional qualification
  such as
  ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MICPA
  (professional qualification is required for all candidates).

• 
  Solid
  technical knowledge
  of MFRS/MPERS and International Auditing Standards.

• 
  Demonstrated leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills
  .

• 
  Strong
  analytical, commercial awareness, and writing skills
  .

• 
  Excellent command of spoken and written
  English
  ; proficiency in
  Mandarin
  is an advantage.
