Essential Responsibilities
Serve as part of the audit team to deliver high-quality engagement services to clients
Lead audit engagement teams to ensure all components of the audit are completed, including:
Gathering information from clients
Leading planning meetings
Performing risk assessments
Overseeing fieldwork procedures
Managing the audit through final report issuance
Supervise, review, train, and mentor Senior Associates and Associates
Apply sound judgment and analytical skills to prepare and review accounting reports and financial analyses aimed at improving clients’ internal controls and accounting procedures
Manage and monitor ongoing client relationships and needs
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients on accounting matters
Provide regular feedback and updates to Senior Managers and Principles
Participate in business development initiatives
Utilize cloud-based technology and audit software effectively
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and cross-sell additional BMA services
