• Performing annual audits and quarterly financial reviews for startups companies
• Performing audits of income tax reports and declaration of assets
• Working according to US GAAP, IFRS and Israeli GAAP.
• Supporting IPOs of startups and growth companies.
• Supporting equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, exit transactions and due diligence.
• Accompanying capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, sales transactions (exit) and due diligence processes

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Must be a certified public accountant.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in as a manager performing external audits of Hi-Tech companies.
• Ability to be organized and take initiative.
• Attentive to details and service oriented.

• ליווי גיוסי הון, מיזוגים ורכישות, עסקאות מכירה (אקזיט) ותהליכי בדיקות נאותות.
• עבודה והתנהלות לפי תקינה אמריקאית, תקינה בינלאומית ותקינה ישראלית

. • התנהלות למול חברות וסטרטאפים מובילים בשוק הישראלי והאמריקאי.

• ניסיון קודם בתפקיד מנג'ר- חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה- חובה
• זמינות לעבודה במשרה מלאה- חובה
• יכולת גבוהה לנהל צוות, יוזמה, סדר וארגון.
• יכולת ירידה לפרטים הקטנים ותודעת שירות גבוהה.
