Role Overview

We are
seeking an experienced, delivery-focused
Audit Manager
to take
end-to-end ownership of audit engagements, lead a dynamic team, and drive
performance across the practice. The ideal candidate is commercially aware,
proactive, and comfortable driving accountability while fostering positive,
constructive relationships with both team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Audit Leadership &
  Oversight:
  Lead audit engagements from initial
  planning through to final sign-off, ensuring strict compliance with
  International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and firm benchmarks.
• 
  Engagement &
  Financial Management:
  Manage multiple audit engagements
  simultaneously—each led by a dedicated Supervisor—while controlling
  budgets, deadlines, and Work in Progress (WIP).
• 
  Team Development &
  Performance Culture:
  Mentor and develop Audit Supervisors and
  junior staff, driving accountability and helping to strengthen a strong
  performance culture within the practice.
• 
  Client & Executive
  Relationship Management:
  Serve as a key client contact, building
  enduring partnerships and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

·
BCom (Hons), CTA, or
equivalent; a CA(SA) designation is highly advantageous.

Minimum
2 years
post-articles experience in an Audit Manager/leadership role
.

Strong technical and
analytical capabilities, with proven proficiency in
CaseWare
.

·
Demonstrated commercial
awareness and the ability to balance strict delivery deadlines with
relationship management.

Exceptionally organised,
delivery-oriented, and comfortable holding teams accountable to high standards
without compromising team morale.

Passionate about mentoring
leaders (Supervisors), developing talent, and raising performance standards
across engagements.

·
Able to manage multiple
complex engagements effortlessly while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
