Job Description

Assists in implementation and management of QMS, OHSAS in the organization along with document control for ISO related documents. Oversees the HSE functions on project sites. Prepares & executes HSE plan for projects using predefined checklists. Conducts spot checks and site visits mainly focusing on HSE.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Assist in setting up installation guidelines for various systems installed by MVP Tech, prepares comprehensive checklists to be used for planned quality inspections, executes quality plan for each project undertaken by MVP Tech
• Conducts planned quality inspection rounds on project and maintenance sites and compile the reports for each round, conduct spot checks based on daily schedule of engineers and technicians, conduct planned site visits for HSE inspection, report to AHSE Manager about any gaps in quality or HSE practices carried out on site
• Internally communicate the results of inspections to the respective project in-charge, Managers, and AHSE Manager
• Appoint experienced HSE supervisor on site, Conduct HSE inductions for new joiners existing employees of MVP Tech
• Conduct departmental audits to ensure compliance to internal procedures set by MVP Tech
• Monitor the functioning of the Quality Management System by checking the implementation of the QMS on a day-to-day basis and organizing internal Quality audits
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of ISO 14000 and OSHAS 18000 and monitor the functions of HSE system by checking the implementation on a day-to-day basis and organizing internal audits
• Report to AHSE manager about the status of Quality Management System.
• Conduct internal audits, Identify and Analyze non-conformities and results of internal audits and report to AHSE manager.
• Ensure timely issuance of PPEs
• Report Near miss incidents as identified on site visits and provide suggestions on improving HSE practices.
• Analyze and investigate HSE accidents, incidents, and Non-Compliances
• Conduct Mock fire drills for MVP Offices.
• Monitor correct implementation of corrective and preventive actions as per quality procedures and verify effectiveness.
• Identify the HSE risks associated with any activity based on scope of work
• Assist in ensuring effectiveness of the IMS in the organization and in implementing modifications required in the documentation from time to time as requested by the user or self-identification.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics and telecommunication or a general IT degree or equivalent
• Certification At least 2 of the following other than NEBOSH IGC: ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ISO 45001 Requirements and Internal Auditing.

WORK EXPERIENCE

3 - 5 years of experience where he/she is exposed to all security systems disciplines

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Knowledge of PMP, Cisco CCNA/ CCNP/ CCTV (Milestone, Genetec, Axis, etc.), ACS, IDS, Gate Barriers, Bollards, Road Blocker, ANPR, etc.
• Excellent communication skills Very good command over English
• Experience in MS office including and not limited to Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc
