In the role of Audit Manager for the Financial Services Industry (FSI) Audit Team, you will provide audit services to a portfolio of diversified clients in the financial services sector (including banking / securities, insurance and investment management). You will cooperate with the partner to build strong relationships with clients and deliver top quality services and solutions to clients on specific delegated engagements / projects. An ideal candidate for the role will have the following skills:

• 5+ years of FSI audit or audit advisory experience;
• Hands-on experience with IFRS advisory and implementation projects as manager;
• Understanding of key financial processes at banks and associated risks;
• ACCA qualification (completed or in progress), CPS, CIA, or similar;
• Audit licenses an advantage;
• Management skills - ability to manage multiple colleagues across different projects to ensure effective delivery;
• Excellent spoken and written English (proficiency in German an advantage);
• High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations;
• Strong commitment to providing an excellent client service;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Your future role

• Maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients;
• Managing audit engagements, including planning, execution and reporting;
• Identifying new business opportunities in cooperation with partners;
• Gap and impact assessments of major accounting standards on company operations and assisting with implementation of new accounting standards;
• Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS;
• Utilizing IFRS technical knowledge.

Salary: EUR 3500 gross/month (higher salary may be agreed depending on qualifications and experience).
