Position Overview

We are recruiting for a contract resource with experience in systems administration for content production and management. This role involves supporting content upload and maintenance within the
RWS Tridion Docs
system. As a
Content Production Analyst
, you will serve as a key conduit between global
Audit & Assurance
business stakeholders and subject matter teams, ensuring the publication and maintenance of content for a global user base.

About Audit & Assurance Products & Solutions

Our team makes an impact by providing content used by all Audit Practitioners in executing Audit & Assurance engagements worldwide. Contributions from this role directly support these engagements and the ongoing transformation of our global Audit & Assurance business.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate with global and member firm stakeholders to publish new and updated content, including localisation for various countries.
• 
  Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely content deployment.

Qualifications

Required

• 
  Minimum
  2–3 years
  of knowledge management experience, including:
• 
  Gathering, writing, revising, and releasing content.
• 
  Performing quality reviews of XML-based content.
• 
  Experience and knowledge of
  DITA XML
  and authoring in DITA XML or other XML-based formats (including
  Oxygen
  ).

• 
  Experience with enterprise content management platforms such as
  Tridion Docs
  .

• 
  Strong collaboration skills for working within onsite and virtual teams.
• 
  Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• 
  Proficiency in
  Microsoft Office
  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education and Experience

• 
  College degree (or equivalent).
• 
  Two to three years of content management experience.
