Department: Audit & Assurance

Reports to: Global Audit & Assurance Manager

Purpose of the Position:

The Audit & Assurance Expert, reporting to the Global Audit & Assurance Manager, is accountable for managing the implementation and verification of Quality Management System (QMS – ISO 9001) and Information Security Management System (ISMS – TISAX) activities within the assigned MSX markets, ensuring effective integration and alignment of standard requirement practices in Operational and Support Functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountabilities include the following activities:

Support MSX strategy definition for Quality with a strong focus on PDCA

standardisation in alignment with ISO9001 standard requirements.

Ensure and monitor effective application of Quality Management System

(QMS) coverage in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements and MSX global

policy across Operations and Support Functions within assigned markets.

Ensure deployment of internal audit activities to verify alignment and

effectiveness of QMS practices within the assigned annual audit scope.

Ensure effective coverage of Corrective Action activities within the assigned

markets, in alignment with ISO9001 and QMS requirements.

Ensure deployment of market level business risk assessment activity by

effective PESTLE analysis, as well as ongoing verification for the effective

integration of risk consideration within project delivery.

Ensure and monitor effective application of local Information Security

Management System (ISMS) coverage in line with TISAX requirements and the MSX global Information Security & Compliance (ISC) policy across Operations and Support Functions within assigned markets.

Ensure awareness of the QMS and ISMS programs, supporting the local

workforce to promote effective application of requirements.

Support the global compliance framework to support the integration and

synergy of Company compliance activities.

Ensure and manage external audit accreditation activities within assigned

markets, supporting and providing guidance to the operational functions to

achieve a positive outcome.

Observe and strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to Human Resources, Information Security, and Quality Management Systems.

Authorities:

Manage, monitor & control Audit & Assurance activities in the assigned markets whilst monitoring effectiveness.

Coordination and integration of necessary improvement actions with local market management and extended employee base.

Implementation of local policy in order to satisfy accreditation requirements (with approval from applicable representation in the local management team).

Knowledge and Skills required:

Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Project Management: Strong project management principles

Organization: Ability to prioritize workflows and coordinating tasks to hit key milestones.

Adaptability: Resilient to navigate high-pressure environments.

Problem Solving: Logical approach to breaking down complex challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Communication: Skilled at stakeholder management and adapting communication styles for diverse audiences.

Collaboration: Adept at working within global, cross-functional teams.

Innovation: Systemic thinker with a creative approach to challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

Experience in Quality Management, process improvement, Information Security Management and customer satisfaction is a plus.

Experience in Lean application a plus.

Languages:

Local Market mother tongue and fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
