As a Manager in Audit and Assurance - Data, Analytics and Technology Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility of information for stakeholders. You will assist clients in developing solutions that build trust, drive improvement, and predict risk using advanced analytics and automation tools. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality work, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts, engage in challenging conversations, and uphold professional standards. Your growing business knowledge will help identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You will mentor junior staff, encouraging skill development beyond comfort zones, and use work reviews to deepen team skills. This position offers a chance to lead teams and manage client accounts within our Assurance practice, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

- Leading teams in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to enhance decision-making processes
- Utilizing advanced analytics and data wrangling technologies to identify and mitigate financial risks
- Managing client engagements by planning, executing, and completing projects within established timelines
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in delivering client expectations
- Developing and deploying scalable data visualization and analytics solutions using tools like Microsoft Power BI and Alteryx
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build trust and address data challenges through innovative solutions
- Promoting the adoption of automation tools and practices to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Upholding professional and technical standards while addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and team members

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: US licensed CPA, CISA, Chartered Accountant or CPA/CA Equivalent in another Territory
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
