Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The Producer / Content Creator is an experienced individual contributor responsible for delivering high‑quality video and multimedia content in support of Global and Regional Communications priorities. The role leads assigned projects end to end while operating with appropriate oversight, applying strong technical judgment to ensure content is delivered on time, on brand, and at enterprise quality.

The role requires comfort operating in a matrixed environment with shared accountability across local and global teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end production of assigned content projects, from intake and planning through production, post‑production, and delivery, with manager review and approval at defined stages of the production process
  • Translate communications briefs into effective visual execution across multiple formats, including social‑first and short‑form video, for internal and external audiences
  • Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional‑grade video and sound in studio and field environments
  • Edit and finish content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related editorial tools
  • For larger or more complex productions, hire and manage external vendors, including Directors of Photography, production crews, and audio teams
  • Provide clear creative and technical direction to external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Operate effectively within a matrixed global organization, partnering with local and global stakeholders and navigating reporting lines, priorities, and approval dynamics
  • Ensure all content aligns with PepsiCo brand, visual, and editorial standards

Decision Scope

  • Leads production execution for assigned projects within approved scope
  • Makes day‑to‑day technical and editorial decisions, with defined manager approval at key production phases
  • Selects and manages external production vendors within approved guardrails
  • Escalates risks related to quality, timing, or scope as required

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering professional video content in a corporate, agency, or media environment
  • Strong hands‑on proficiency in camera operation, audio capture, and field production
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience working with and directing external production vendors, including Directors of Photography
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment with local and global stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with limited day‑to‑day oversight

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive or corporate communications
  • Experience working across regions or with global teams
