About the role

At Cronos Europa, we are continuously seeking experienced recruiting Audiovisual Producers toto join our talent community and be considered for future opportunities within the European Institutions.

As an Audiovisual Producer, you will contribute to the creation of engaging multimedia content that supports digital communication, public information, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Depending on the assignment, you may be involved in video production, filming, editing, storytelling, motion graphics, live event coverage, and content delivery across digital and social media channels.

Your Responsibilities

As an Audiovisual Producer, you may:

  • Plan, produce, film, and edit audiovisual content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging video content adapted to different formats, including short-form and long-form productions.
  • Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual storytelling approaches.
  • Operate audiovisual equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and production tools.
  • Edit video and audio content, ensuring high-quality output aligned with communication objectives.
  • Produce content for websites, social media channels, campaigns, events, and institutional communication initiatives.
  • Create or support the development of motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
  • Optimise audiovisual content for various digital platforms and audience needs.
  • Manage audiovisual assets, footage libraries, and production workflows.
  • Collaborate with communication, digital, creative, and project teams to deliver impactful content.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital storytelling formats.
  • Support the planning and execution of multimedia projects from concept to final delivery.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Audiovisual Production, Film, Media, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Experience in video production, filming, editing, or multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of digital communication and social media content best practices.
  • Experience with camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production processes.
  • Strong storytelling skills and a creative eye for visual content.
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools is considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Interest in European affairs, public communication, or institutional communication is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional European languages is an asset.
