Employment Type: Part Time 4 days per week

Salary Package: Competitive Salary + Kiwisaver + $5K Sign on Bonus + Quarterly Bonus

About the role:

As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.

You’ll be part of the Pukekohe and Thames stores, bringing you variety in your week while making a real difference to the local communities.

Join an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, in this Part Time 4 day per week role, designed to offer flexibility and great work-life-balance.

The preferred roster is Thursday - Saturday, with Saturday availability being highly regarded, though not essential.

Skills & Experience

In addition to your Certificate of Clinical Competence, number, the successful candidate will possess;

  • Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
