Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + $10,000 Bonus + Relocation Allowance (if applicable)

About the role

We’re seeking a dedicated Audiologist or Audiometrist to join our friendly and supportive team at Mt Gambier You’ll work alongside an experienced Store Partner and Administrative Assistant in a positive, collaborative environment where teamwork and growth are valued. Together, you’ll play a key role in growing the business and expanding access to quality hearing care within the local community.

This role offers flexibility to work Full Time (5 days) or Part Time (4 days) per week, supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.

Working fortnightly Saturdays is highly regarded but not essential.

Not local to Mount Gambier yet open to relocating? We’re offering a $2,000 relocation allowance to support with your transition!

Skills & Experience

In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;

  • Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation
  • Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
