Salary package: $87,000–$100,000 Plus Super + Bonus + $8,000 Weekend Bonus

About the role:

As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast‑paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in‑store retail teams.

Multi‑Store Role
In this role, you’ll be working across our Midland & Midland Gate stores, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.

Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position is a full time role supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.

We’re offering a competitive salary of $87,000–$100,000 plus super, along with an attractive bonus to recognise your contribution and reward your hard work.
With a preference for Full Time, this role prefers Saturday availability, with flexibility for the other four workdays, and includes an $8,000 weekend bonus for working Saturdays.

Skills & Experience

In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation, including hearing aids
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • A patient‑centric approach, demonstrating empathy and compassionate care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to continuous growth and career development
