About the role:
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you’ll be based at our Albany store, giving you consistency and the opportunity to play a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care within the local community.
Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers the flexibility to work Part Time over two and a half days per week, supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life. This role will have the ability to scale up in hours as the business grows.
We’re offering a competitive salary of $95,000–$110,000 plus Superannuation plus bonus to recognise your contribution and reward your hard work. There is also the opportunity for an addition relocation bonus of up to $5,000.

Skills & Experience
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;
Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
