Specsavers is seeking an experienced Audiology professional to establish and grow a new audiology business in Hamilton, supporting access to high‑quality, affordable hearing care for the South‑West Victorian community.

About the opportunity

• Lead and grow audiology services in Hamilton and surrounding communities
• Deliver truly customer‑centric hearing care with a strong local focus

The offer

• Guaranteed salary: $120,000 + super (paid fortnightly)
• Annual profit share once the business is profitable (paid monthly)
