Job Description


A well-established private audiology practice serving Southern Delaware is seeking an
Audiologist
to join its team. Based in Seaford, with plans for expansion into Millsboro, the practice provides personalized hearing healthcare to a growing patient population in the surrounding communities.

This is a hearing aid-focused private practice opportunity for an Audiologist who enjoys building relationships with patients and providing ongoing care from initial evaluation through amplification and follow-up.


Scope of Practice


  • Comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations

  • Hearing aid consultations and recommendations

  • Hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, and adjustments

  • Real Ear Measurements and verification

  • Ear impressions

  • Cerumen management

  • Hearing aid troubleshooting, maintenance, and follow-up care

  • Patient and family counseling


Qualifications


  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology

  • Current Delaware Audiologist license or eligibility for licensure


Benefits


  • Salary Plus Bonus Potential $85,000–$95,000
