Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Audiologist to join our amazing team of mission-driven individuals, helping us to disrupt the hearing aid industry, while keeping the customer in the forefront.

Who You AreA forward-thinking, empathetic, Audiologist with a California license with a devotion to quality customer service and a passion for helping others hear.
Must have an active California Audiology License (or the ability to apply for one immediately) and hold a Doctorate of Audiology from an accredited university. At least 1-3 years of experience in a clinic. Experience working with veterans and/or a diverse patient population is a big plus.
ResponsibilitiesVA Clinic (1 day / week):- Conducting hearing tests screenings
- Completing a disability form and other clinic paperwork/reports
- Conducting 6 - 12 appointments per day
- Providing top-end customer service and clinic service to patients
Partner Clinic (2-4 visits/month):- Visit our partners inside of health centers to perform hearing tests and recommend appropriate hearing aids
- Provide troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs for hearing aids previously dispensed by our team
- Provide an exceptional patient experience and serve as a strong representative of the company
- Conduct onsite clinic visits at partner health centers approximately 2-4 times per month, with each visit lasting 2-4 hours
- Perform all patient services directly within the health center

Compensation Range: Hourly range: $65 - $75 / hr
