Biltmore ENT, a privately-owned ENT practice in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area is seeking a dedicated and reliable Hearing Aid Dispenser OR Audiologist to join our team in our Tempe location. We enjoy helping patients in our community and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. This position will be responsible for supporting the team with duties such as, performing diagnostic evaluations and preparing the patients for testing. The provider maintains an excellent working relationship with patients, including children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric hearing, as well as vendors and colleagues.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:
Performs diagnostic evaluation and prepares patients for testing
Prepare exam rooms between patient appointments, sanitize equipment, and ensure supplies are fully stocked.
Shuts down all equipment in treatment rooms at the end of the day.
Tracks orders to confirm that all equipment arrives in a timely manner ready for the patient fitting appointment
Maintain clinic records on hearing aids, ear molds, equipment repair, equipment inventory and supply maintenance
Requires a working knowledge of the auditory system and auditory rehabilitation.
To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
Hearing Aid Dispenser OR Audiologist License active in the state of AZ
High School Diploma or GED
At least two years’ experience in an audiology or ENT office
