We’re looking for a licensed
Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist
who’s confident managing a diagnostic and hearing aid caseload independently. You’ll be backed by a well-established ENT team and supported by the resources of a larger organization—but still enjoy the feel of a local, small office.

  Perform hearing evaluations and recommend personalized treatment options
• 
  Fit, program, and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices
• 
  Provide counseling, education, and follow-up care to patients and families
• 
  Collaborate closely with the ENT providers to ensure coordinated care
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation and uphold state and clinical standards

• 
  Licensed
  Audiologist (Au.D. or M.S.)
  or
  Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS)
  in the state of Florida
• 
  Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting skills
• 
  Excellent communication and patient counseling ability
• 
  Comfortable working independently in a smaller clinic
• 
  Professional, reliable, and committed to patient-centered care

• 
  Base salary starting at $70,000 + commission
  (negotiable based on experience)

  : 3 weeks to start; 4 weeks after 3 years
