About the role:

This is a full-time Audio-Visual Technician role supporting the execution of world-class events across live, virtual, and hybrid environments.

• Set up and operate AV equipment for daily and large-scale events
• Work closely with Production and Events teams
• Support high-quality delivery across sound, lighting, and visuals
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time
• Ensure every event runs smoothly and professionally

You are measured on execution quality, reliability, and event performance.

What You’ll Do (The Execution)

• Set up, operate, and pack down AV equipment
• Run cameras, microphones, projectors, and sound systems
• Troubleshoot AV and IT issues during live event
• Maintain and organise AV equipment and inventory
• Support event delivery across live, virtual, and hybrid formats
• Assist production teams with technical requirements
• Ensure safety standards and post-event equipment tracking
• Stay updated with evolving AV and production technology
