We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Supervisor to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As the Audio Visual Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of audio-visual operations, ensuring seamless execution of events, and leading a team of technicians.

  • Manage and coordinate audio-visual services for various events, including conferences, presentations, and corporate meetings
  • Supervise and mentor a team of audio-visual technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event requirements and deliver high-quality audio-visual solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for audio-visual operations
  • Manage inventory, maintenance schedules, and equipment upgrades
  • Create and oversee budgets for audio-visual projects and equipment purchases
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest audio-visual technologies and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Media Production, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in audio-visual operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven expertise in operating and maintaining various audio-visual equipment and systems
  • Strong knowledge of audio-visual software and hardware
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
  • Experience in live event production and corporate audio-visual setups
  • Familiarity with multimedia presentations and event planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
